Returns and Cancellations
You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of being placed.
Orders may be returned at the cost of the customer if for some reason your product arrives damaged. We try to ensure the best and safest packaging but we are transporting primarily glass containers and mishaps do happen. If this should be the case, please return the product to us in its original packaging and we will replace your order as quickly as possible. Refunds can not be made on empty returns. Once the product has been opened, the purity is then compromised and we will not be able to provide a full refund. Refunds will not be made on orders due to dislike or dissatisfaction of scent profiles. If you develop a problem with any of our products, please inquire by email and we will attempt to make a fair exchange while preserving our integrity of the product design.
